Document Cataloguing

Where documents may be loose prior to collection or simply need re-cataloguing to ensure that the contents of an archive box are accurate, Preview’s experienced team can provide a highly accurate cataloguing service.

Working to parameters agreed in advance, a detailed database of archived material will be created and made available in a variety of formats – from an Excel spreadsheet to a full blown relational database if required. This will then form the basis of any retrieval requests made in the future.
