Boxes and files are stored under environmentally-controlled conditions in purpose-built modern facilities.

These include:

• Temperature and humidity control
• Low level lighting
• Pest control
• Advanced fire detection
• Intruder resistant security systems

All boxes are stored randomly within the warehouse with only a barcode to distinguish between them.

The premises are not signed and there is no external evidence of the contents stored within.

The location of clients’ particular records are stored within a secure management database providing a high level of security.
