If a document needs to be retrieved from an archive box, Preview’s staff will locate it in the document warehouse, scan the images and upload them electronically via a range of methods straight to a clients’ desk. No more losing valuable files or waiting days for them to turn up in a van or the post!

Where required, Preview’s premium service can deliver electronic images of stored documents within minutes and where more time is available a highly cost effective next working day service is provided - with everything in between.
