Documents that have been scanned or alternatively those that have just reached the end of their required life will often need to be destroyed securely.

On-site or Off-site Document Destruction

Preview operates an industrial cross-cut document shredder that minces all paper material into tiny pieces. Unlike simple strip-cut shredding, which is not regarded as particularly secure, the cross cut method is highly secure and leaves no trace of the original document.

Preview operates a mobile secure destruction service and can destroy documents at a client’s site (providing 3-phase power is available). Or we offer a secure collection service, if the documents are not already being stored at Preview’s facility.

In all cases a Secure Destruction Certificate is issued.
